At Wheelseye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
